Tsuchiya Rakuzan Japanese Woodblock Print Bamboo Lily and Japanese Warbler - image 1 of 14

Mama is feeding a little nest of baby birds with todays finds. This is an original circa 1930s Japanese woodblock print by listed artist, Tsuchiya Rakuzan. Titled, Lily and a Bird feeding her chicks in early Summer. There are flakes of gold glitter embossed across the surface. The name stamps look to be from the first edition that is name block signed and red block signed lower right. I did not remove from frame to check margins. The etching image inside mat measures 12 1/2 inches tall and 18 1/4 inches wide. Sits behind glass in its original frame. Frame measures 20 1/2 inches tall and 27 inches wide.
