Late 19th century French Terracotta Confit Pot - image 1 of 12

A large earthenware confit pot from the Southwest of France with traditional yellow, ochre glaze. O675ne of the tallest I have ever seen at 14" high. Some chips and hairline and losses to glaze. These ordinary earthenware vessels were once used daily in the French country home and have beautiful rustic glazes of green, ochre and terracotta.
Nice decorative elements especially when several sizes and shapes are grouped together. Please refer to photos for more details.
