A pair of 19th century French Gien faience wall pockets with transfer printed polychrome floral decoration. Cornucopia form with ruffled edges and raised swirls. Beautifully decorated with flowers, butterflies and insects in rose, yellow, green, and lavender with bright blue trim. Each pocket has a hole for hanging. Gien mark on back. Minor losses to glaze. Circa 1870-1890. 14"H x 7"W x 4"D. Weight 1.6 lbs. each.
